In these terms of sale, “we” means Status Instruments (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly); and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).
If you do not want to be bound by the Terms, you must not subscribe to or use our services.
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.
You must add any the products you wish to purchase to your Add to Cart, and then proceed to the submit.
Price and payment
Prices for products are quoted on our website. The website contains a number of products and it is always possible that some of the prices on the website may be incorrect. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that a product’s correct price will be stated when you pay for the product.
All prices are in Nepalese rupees.
Payment for all products must be made by following the instructions on the website. Cash on Delivery For Kathmandu, Pokhara*, Butwal*, For other
cities of Nepal pre-payment through Bank Deposit, Money Transfer.
Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts which have come into force.
We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order.
We provide cash on delivery service in Kathmandu, Pokhara, for other city of Nepal customer have to pay before delivery.
Kathmandu Inside Ring Road: Rs.50
Kathmandu Outside Ring Road: Rs.70
Cash on Delivery Pokhara: Rs.150
Other Cities Prepaid Service: Rs.100
We deliver our product in Nepal only.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to
- Bad weather
- Flight delays
- Political disruptions
- other unforeseen circumstances
- Returns, refunds and replacements
You are liable to get your money refunded or product exchange in case of the following scenarios:
We can accept returns/exchange for damaged or defective goods only, and these returns must be made within 2 days of your receipt of the product.
We exchange on items such as Apparel and Footwear, where a trial is required to determine if the fit is right. You can exchange an item for the same product in the size/color of your choice within 3 days, Rs.100 of charge.
you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale, the information provided in your order is accurate and complete, and you will be able to accept delivery of the products.
Cancellation by the Company
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If your order is cancelled after your payment or our bank account deposited, the said amount will be reversed back in your Bank Account.
